CCC Australia own Van Mag, not CCC South Africa.

Van Mag was a handover from Continental Capital, which was before Conti Coal South Africa was purchased.

21 May 2008, CNF release Vanmag Project - Binding Heads of Agreement.
23 Oct 2008, CNF (Continental Capital) has a HOA to acquire 74% of Continental Coal Limited.
30 Oct 2008, CNF reports in the Annual Report that it's look to sell or JV VanMag.
