let's send these despicable people back from whence they came. No long drawn out court case at the expense of the Aussie taxpayer. Just do it. From today's 'Australian':

SIEV36 blast aftermath
Footage viewed by the coronial inquest in Darwin shows the aftermath of a blast on the SIEV36...
KEVIN Rudd is under to pressure to cancel the visas of three asylum-seekers found to have been involved in a plan to set fire to the SIEV 36 before it exploded, killing five Afghans.
Northern Territory Coroner Greg Cavanagh today found the Afghans had sabotaged the vessel to cripple it in order to prevent a perceived return to Indonesia after being intercepted by a navy patrol.
The matter has been passed on to Northern Territory Police and the Director of Public Prosecutions after the coroner said crimes may have been committed.
Defence Minister John Faulkner has also asked his department to review the coroner's findings to determine whether changes are needed to procedures for dealing with asylum-seeker vessels.
Five Afghan asylum-seekers drowned when the boat blew up and sank near Ashmore Reef, off the northwest coast of Australia, in April last year. A further 40 sustained serious burns. etc etc."
Let's see if the Rudd Government has the intestinal fortitude to do what is right for Australia and not pander to teh whims of some distant officio lounging at his/her desk at the UN.
