Sounds like Gip are giving themselves enough margin for the equity side of the project financing but may well not need the whole lot due to the size of the debt financing and/or the strength of the sp in the near future.
Are we are soon to get several bits of interesting info that will shed light,hopefully in a positive direction and maybe at the AGM,or not that long after.
Like I said it all has to happen soon if they are to stick to their timetable for 2005/6.
