Congratulations on mobilising the troops Retrac .There are a lot of holders out here feeling the pain of what appears to be the ineptitude of this mob .
They appear to be stuck in the 1950s with an attitude of “ Don’t ask any questions , we will tell you what we think you need to know , when we are ready .”
Unfortunately ( for them) , they don't yet appear to have realised the power of connectedness that now exists via social media .
Clearly you already have > 5% of the voting power galvanised , and I am sure that will grow further .It may become a snowball rolling downhill if they put a word or action out of place from this point on because that will only disaffect other shareholders and motivate them to join the cause .
May I humbly offer one or two suggestions :
If we can get the voting power to say 10% we may well be able to demand a Directors’ position ; and
if we develop a strategic partnership with a well resourced and interested professional group , like say Pacific Road , and they also buy a stake , then anything is possible .That may force a 2nd aligned Directors position. Might I suggest that you approach some of those groups ( if you haven’t already !!) lol
