There would certainly seem to be a lot of disenchanted shareholders and rightfully so imo.

It is time for a management change at Sabre and as you suggested possibly a Board restructure.

It would seem that the current management arrangements and corporate structure at Sabre is a road block to funds like Pacific Road possibly investing in Sabre. If the right environment can not be met to encourage investment then there is something wrong! This is sadly reflected in the register, the SP and the lack of buying at current prices.

In conjunction with the lack of investment from funds I believe that it is going to be difficult for Sabre to raise more funds in the market due to the SP performance since the last CR at 26c.

Without a change in management and change of the corporate structure we are heading towards a dead end imo. If changes can be made and a fund like Pacific road invests and gets a seat on the Board then market confidence can be restored to the benefit of all shareholders.

There is a strategy going forward that is aimed at addressing the issues discussed above which will develop as this thrust for change unfolds....

Shareholder support is key!
