You can if you stop recruiting the leftist stupid to educate our children. The leftists gravitate to teaching in schools and uni's for the following reasons:
A. its their calling as told to them by previous leftist stupids
B. the pay is reasonable and you don't have to achieve any targets. I f results are poor its the kids fault
C. where else can you get up to 14 weeks annual leave, 3 weeks sickies, personal leave, paid maternal/paternal leave etc etc
D. Its a six hr day if you don't mark kids exams and homework - they all get the same achievement star anyway!
E. really, the only courses you can get into at uni with such low IQ and ATAR are arts, philosophy etc all the BS subjects that don't get you anywhere in private employment- teaching is obvious
F. Paid leave to do more leftist stupid courses eg Safe Schools training

Yep its a cycle that needs to be broken
