Maybe TMR management should take note of the way NXS do their SPP: http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20080528/pdf/319bqpc69dsxfg.pdf Dont get me wrong the only way forward is by raising capital not debt so i think they are doing what they have to but i think it would have gone down better the way NXS have done it.
