In my earlier posts for TMR I provided some data on TMR. For instance the loss of institutional investors down to just 14% of TMR by April from 22% last November. These instos may hold on to their new shares but for all normal SHs know they may already have sold them [eg. Imagine InstoA already had 15m shares when approached by HC - bought another 15m @ 11.5c & sold the original 15m for between 15c & 12c => an easy profit & still the same level of TMR investment.}

Low level of insto ownership of TMR is an issue, so are the lack of a clear strategic action plan, production costs & the scattered everywhere assets of TMR [most of which are in a holding pattern due to cash flow issues]. I am holding pending SH reponse to the AGM yesterday.

HC has not provided a definition of a 'sophisticated investor' so we can only hypothesise but the 86% non-insto SHs like me are probably unsophisticated investors.
