Sorry to bring it up again in such terrible times but why did Hugh not take up his own "rewarding shareholders" SPP. Is it against corporate asx laws for a director to participate in his own companies SPP. NO. Then why not set aside a miserable $5k and participate? Seems a little weird to me. Any ideas would be welcomed. Don't sack him now or the wheels will come flying off the cart.
