A man from Afghanistan has assaulter 3 children on two separate occasions and was set free by Magistrate Ron Saines. Magistrate has indicated "cultural differentness would prevent him from convicting this man. Man has said in his defence that sort sexual assault against children is not a issue in Afghanistan. I would of thought that magistrate should of made example of this man to show the rest of Afghanis that what we think of sexual assaults on children in Australia.
