Jaffari already has two convictions for the "indecent assault of a young boy" (PC term for rape) and the "attempted indecent assault of another" (the kid got away just in time)...and still he remains free and then clearly attempts to abduct a four year old girl accompanied by her father and brother.

There are no mitigating circumstances here. He has already been convicted before and knows full well that what he did was against Australian law. Should have gone to prison the first time.

Even in Afghanistan they have the "dancing boys", but never girls, so clearly girls/toddlers are unacceptable there too.
