Ronnies old job ended up with him seemingly diluting his old company Geopacific rescoures into the ground including it would seem, a CR in 2 Tranches, sound familiar? Sophisticated and professional investors were seemingly all over it given a 25% discount followed by a share consolidation and 2 director resignations with Ronnie clearing off a year later. Seems from quick google search, CR`s were the go in GPR during Ronnie`s reign.
