More like a yesterday man now.
That is the huge risk when you take an Engineer and assume just because he has worked in Merchant Banking that he will have make a natural CFO.
Same type of risk as when you take a Lawyer like Hockey and make him Federal Treasurer because he once did legal work in the banking and finance arena.
In most cases their brains are not wired for economics, financial risk and strategic corporate analysis
