agree they are totally out of whack with reality......stevens was in london last week going on about how oz was roaring ahead with resources to sustain us.......comparison...good article today in smh etc about how perth prices falling over, the asians cannot hold up perth house prices, but stevens is relying on them to hold up all over australia...........what a goose......the rest of the world is dropping rates and this duck head is raising them............guess they did not read the stats out today about falling housing approvals, or anything else
