    If you had someone knocking at your door with one had out looking desperate but a lot of potential you may just do a few things.

    1. Take a very close look at Surprise.
    2. Gamble that Surprise fails going by the number of successes in the area and CTPs record and then.
    3. By your cheap CTP shares as many panic sell knowing CTP will have a hard time raising funds.
    4. Get the rest from the fund raising.
    5. Kick out them all and start fresh.

    By that time they would have a very large piece of CTP.
