my apologies for shouting...
my point is, it is the 21st of October 2011 and John promised rig contract and mobilisation so that drilling would commence in first week of November.
Monday 24 October is the last week of October and it takes 2 weeks from the date a rig is mobilised to commecne drilling.
given that no contract has been signed and therefore no rig has been mobilised, once again, it would appear that CTP has missed a deadline....again...
