psi81. I for one have made no comment or claim about the Surprise structure or its chances of being proven commercial (save for pointing out its modest size). As for the weather , well , what is 'normal'?? I disagree that rains cutting access would not hinder progress , (assuming the rig is 'onsite') and yes the technical ability of the freshly refurbed rig (yikes!) and crew remains to be seen ,,, 3-4 weeks you say?? GL anyways , By Crikey CTP needs it!
