Corporate history has been made by Margaret Jackson. Never before (to my knowledge) in Australian corporate history has a Board chairman ever publicly insulted a large shareholder the way Jackson did with Sisson.
The issue of selling out shareholders is a separate but equally worthy reason.
The failure of the bid at this price clearly shows that she has a problem understanding how the market works. Beautifully ironic.
