The most popular food ever served in Qantas First Class was when John Elliot was a regular customer. He would always insist on his own private stash of 4 and 20 meat pies be brought on board. The aroma caused most other passengers to ask for one.
Neil Perry would have you choose between Vege, Fish, or cold beef salad, making Qantas the only airline in the world without a hot meat choice in First Class. Yech.
