    The share price may reach that price in 12 months time, but that is capital tied up till then.

    How can the board think that the shareholders will get more value by rejecting the bid! The share price has been crap for 12 months and will be crap in the future.

    My funds tied up and left to the mercy of the board to sink the share price again.

    Well done!

    Maybe the board is playing hardball for a better offer to be 3rd time lucky or just a 3 time looser.
