It seems to be the norm that small business, companies and governments do not meet their strict forecasted obligations to deliver on unrealistic key performance indicators, deadlines and budgets. Maybe they need a realistic dose of project timeline management with a dash of 'fudge factor' added in for unforeseeable events like COVID19, workforce deficit. It always looks good to deliver earlier than later. ... If LYC has met its start-up obligation deadline, then that would be a plus considering world and local events. ... I imagine that LYC would not just stop shipping ore from Mt Weld to Kuantan whether or whether not it has met its deadline, I would expect there would be a transitional plan in place to ensure the Kuantan cracking and leaching plant has more than enough ore to continue processing until the Goldfields' plant was at peak production. From my personal observations, it is possible LYC is in the early stages of operation, CKB's reservoir water is being consumed and the parks are less verdant.
