Thodey is probably the best CEO that Telstra has had. Some vital and appropriate decisions have been made; such as the plan to treat customers as the most important part of the business; and to plan for the future growth of the business; and its profitability; and the logical decision to spend money to make money. Its all so fundamental and obviously correct; and so congratulations to Telstra; for finally setting the right priorities and goals.
