Actually I had operations in the UK Hungary , Poland, Chezch Republic, Slovakia, Former Yugoslavia and Bulgaria.
Guess what they were all greenfield expansion but I made sure that the original operation in the UK was significantly profitable before expanding into Eastern Europe.
Basic business principles which Zip don't appear to understand.
