Responses to the Professor Fells price gouging and over charging by supermarkets evidence BRAD / Woolies is directly in the firing line for unconscionable conduct and breaches of consumer laws.
Yet shoppers in Woolies have known the damning behaviour for a long time by their own experiences. Until now there has been no effective push for fair and honest retailing.
Hopefully legislative accountability and deterrent penalties will follow.
