Just out of curiosity, I remember before "covid" hit that there was an Enterprise bargaining agreement between Coles:Woolies with employees pays.
The end result?? Labor stuffed workers by agreeing with employers agreement!!!
Employees were worse off with the BS bargaining agreement and had no choice but to accept it!!
