Exactly. At the end of the day it does not need to be more complicated than this. Management has a financial duty to uphold, they are supposed to do right by shareholders.
I'm not a shareholder, so I can't answer the question...but to those of you who hold, do you believe they've been acting in the best financial interest of the company?
Perhaps there's an angle here I'm missing and a holder can explain what the strategy behind some of the recent choices is.
