When this post first started I did not think sacking the CEO was realistic. As far as I can the CEO has not only lost customer support he is also lost staff and management support.
Whilst the likes of BlackRock may have supported him - he has stuffed it up so badly I don't see much choice. These things often take a year for face-saving strategies etc. but I think he is now a dead-man walking. For the sake of WOW, Australia and indigenous Australians I hope I am right,
I agree with Warren Mundine's recent comments that organisational political interference only creates confusion and vitriol; and therefore hinders any positive outcome.
