Relevant story. I was in Coles today and a couple and I waited patiently while a checkout operator was found to open an aisle for us with our full trolleys and reluctance to self-checkout. The couple let me go first as I had less stuff than them. On paying I was asked if I had a flybuys card and I said no, but maybe should get one as I no longer shop at Woolworths. The couple then chimed in that they also have moved $30,000 of annual business from Woolworths to Coles. I just had a haircut, but no mullet.
