I have long held FMS shares as among other Iron ore Mining companies.

I just can not understand WHY has the Board of FMS allowed the company to drop so low in Market share price while there is such a Hugh Iron ore resource in one site in the Pilbara by FMS.
I have watched other mining companies with less been take over by Atlas Iron for up to $1.30 / share buy out, like UMC and Warrick resources for example.

yet FMS has never gone above .30 cents in all its time.

why has the management of FMS missed all this potential ????.

and yet nearly settled for a punitive .30c / share by the Russian Company of recent.
Even this fell through.

Please do not respond with the published announcements of ASX and by company. as I have long held these shares from FDL days.

sack the Company CEO and directors NOW, and replace them with active persons who truly have the Share holders Best interests in their minds

Most importantly " Not just a quick cheap sale"for punitive cents".! !

IMO, I firmly believe the Management just like to keep the personal ATM funds and salaries to live the GOOD life for them selves ONLY.
I firmly believe this.
