    What a joke... talk about bottom feeding directors. Lets sell half the company for $800k and ask for a pay rise. Where is the project? Where is the company future? Does anyone have any confidence that this MD can find a company making project with $800k less salary provisions + perks? Shareholders should vote to sack this MD. Time for a career change MD, the world needs more clowns.
