Hello Yellow Robins I feel your pain having lost a substantial sum on this stock.However given the danger of the company going broke if there is no alternative at least we existing shareholders have 50% of a company with some cash to have a go at the project one more time. Better than 100% of nothing.The other alternatives seem to be to give nearly all the company away for nothing. At least this plan builds on the many millions already spent on R&D. I am too frustrated to focus on anything but the potential positives
