you can forget the project price increasing every time the nickel price goes up like some sliding scale. The russians would then have to contend with the project being worth $1. Very few buyers would want this project or get it to work like POS can with blending. lets just see what happens over time before we wildly guess and speculate. the company has told the market that the game is ongoing. The russians will sell all their ozy based assets.
I don't think buying the project from them is the issue at all.
