Euroz have downgraded from BUY to HOLD in the last couple of days, due to uncertainty with the rest of PVE's portfolio (based on recent announcements). They have reduced their valuation from $2+ down to 94c, having discounted the rest of the portfolio (just in case there are more nasty surprises). They are awaiting confirmation of production at Sillaro before recommending to BUY again, which imo will be too late (for the recommendation) because any good news should propel the share price straight back up to around 60c.
This has been a disaster of a buy for me, but I'm going to hang on in there until they announce more info regarding Sillaro start-up.
