The only losers, are the ultra optimistic righties that have lost plenty in the market due to no skill and accumen and thus by seeking an economic impetus the brain can only engage by destruction as construction is irrelevant..
Instead of going to Saddam and say 'hey Saddam, here's a Nasdaq for you and the world can trade oil on this market and you can also receive 20% of total profits, till the day you die' What do you honestly think, Saddam wouldn't want the challenge and easy money ??
