I believe it was 131,000 not 180,000 and has already been explained by media. That 131,000 were after counting and scrutiny had been performed so they cannot be mixed into Biden and Trump. They went to the tally office and the tally board was updated accordingly. If you have ever worked at an election in Australia you will also find bundles of Labor votes and separate bundles of liberal votes. Thats how counts are done and tally boards updated. Surely no one expects the officer doing the counting to just update one vote at a time??
