Who did you speak to at ETC? Project Entity: I don't know what that is, but Saddington is onvolved in the project, so they could be considered a project entity.
Did they specifically tell you that they have a contract with AQSIQ and not Saddington and that Saddington are not responsible for paying any of their invoices?
It seems there is a lot of confusion and conjecture around this and nobody really knows.
Time will tell.
btw, some of the posts about "the seller" are getting hysterical. Someone wants to sell, big deal. Probably quite a few people too. Stop looking for a bogey man to blame. You will have noticed there are also buyers and that the SP is actually trending up!
