KPO early this morning lodged their application to construct and operate their first project, the Saddle Hills 64MW power plant.
To date KPO have repeated the timeframe for FNTP as 4th quarter 2021 but have been silent on the impact of when COD will occur since the FNTP was pushed back.
The application lodged today now shows that COD is projected to be in 2023. Given the timeframe for construction as being 2022-2023 I expect COD would probably be Q3 or Q4 2023.
