FNTP will have to move ahead on the basis of there being no DGC credits for the Saddle Hills project since the AUC today denied Kalina’s (and others) application to request a review of the decision to cease the credits.
So only opportunity now to get the decision reviewed will be through the courts, from memory the preliminary hearing for this was deferred to 4/11/2021.
