Saddle Hills project should be back in the mix with the environment minister of Canada holding a briefing overnight about the final Clean Electricity Regulations, which presumably will be published tomorrow morning our time.
I am not expecting an update on this project at this time though. Once the full regulations are published KPO will need to go over them thoroughly to determine exactly how it impacts the Saddle Hills project.
This may require clarification from legal and/or government sources so might take a few weeks for the full impact to be determined to enable KPO the understanding of the best course to take.
