Given the plant's proximity to the CNRL gas plant I would like to hope we wouldn't see any objections to our plant:
And the timeline that I was trying to share in the other thread, KPO has just completed the 4th last step:
The nearest First Nation Reserve is 43.6km south west of Saddle Hills and consultation with them and the other next nearest First Nations has raised no objections. The only resident within the consultation/notification area has not responded to notifications sent to them via registered mail.
As such it would appear that this just has to go through the usual review process by the Alberta Utilities Commission so we should receive approval to proceed as expected around September/October 2021 with Full Notice To Proceed (FNTP) expected in Q4 2021.
Upon achievement of FNTP KPO would then be eligible to receive reimbursement of costs from Akira Partners Inc of approximately (based on the last presentation) C$4.5m and half of the 4% development fee of C$3m = C$7.5m by the end of the year.
