Of the issues raised by the AUC on Wednesday the only one that stands out as a potential problem is the 6th item:

Issue: Noise mitigation

Preamble: The noise impact assessment established the nighttime permissible sound level at the receptor R1 is 40 dBA and predicted the nighttime cumulative sound level at the receptor would be 39.7 dBA.

Request:

Please describemitigation measures that could be implemented to reduce the noise contributionfrom the project in the event of non-compliance with the nighttime permissiblesound level once the project commences operation.

The cumulative sound level is a bit tight for my liking and they might be required to tweak the plans a little to give more leeway. The other items are nothing deal breaking, one is just needing a change of wording from "should" to "would".
