The only residence of any concern is the farmhouse just inside the green line to the east of the proposed plant.

KPO sent a notice to that residence by registered mail as they had to have evidence of consulting with everyone within that green boundary for their AUC application. The resident did not provide a response to KPO.

The timeframe for KPO to respond to the initial request for information in 2/9/2021 and for submissions by the public by 20/9/2021. That timing is pretty good as it gives the AUC time to review the response by the time of the closure of submissions.

That would mean that if there is a need to send out a second request for either more information in relation to the responses from the first request and/or any submissions then that could be sent out around the end of September.

Hopefully there are no concerns with KPO's reply to the initial request and no submissions requiring a response by KPO. In which case we could well see the application approved as early as October allowing KPO to move quickly on finalising all the rest.
