In my view, the scenario of needing additional funds is not such a big deal anyway, as it won't be very much unless we're delayed for ages, which seems unlikely at this point - and we have a flexible placement facility up to 8M (no minimum, max 400k/per drawdown) that will allow us to get over the line to FNTP with minimal dilution regardless. If we truly need to use that entire facility then it'll mean some fundamental failure or change in direction that will likely kill the SP anyway.
