Submissions to the AUC close on 20/9/2021, early Tuesday morning our time. This means that by the time our market opens we should know if any submissions have been made.
Given the sign off of any announcement would include approval of overseas based directors I presume that any announcement about this, if made, would not come until Wednesday.
