The overriding issue at the moment with KPO is their cash position, unless they have really tightened their belts since the end of June it is certain that they will need funds very soon.
We know this, the market knows this, the share price will not recover until the funding arrangements are made.
I guess KPO are trying to hold out as late as possible so they have a better picture of how much they need to get by until the reimbursement at FNTP.
The overriding issue at the moment with KPO is their cash...
