    re: sadly - its time to call it wwm I have said plenty of positive things about TOX - so should balance that when there is something I don't like - and it is this - the employee and MD options exercise prices - a joke if you ask me and I will be voting against it. They should be priced at a level to stretch themselves to perform imo. They just lost some credibility with me with this - shot off one toe.
