I am watching the volume and am thinking an institutional seller is concerned about the lack of an announcement today and sheding risk that the Monday expectations come to nought and as a consequence the $34mill penalty is also looking to be applied re financing roll out...
Just trying to figure out why a big seller would be active so close to ( hours) from the possible announcement?
