Someone has made an offer on a property of ours and Mrs H will only OK the sale if I limit the investment to safe "super" type shares.
The banks pay 8-10% and BHP and WPL offer 3% (but they are better investments). WOW are 4% but @ a PE of 17 are fully priced. MCR, a long time fav of mine offers 11%. AGK pays 4%.
What stand-outs have I missed?
