safe entry point

Much safer to wait till production is underway with this company.
I have been told theres been some major problems throught construction with this plant, things like poor design, rework, bad workmanship, and some of the skills of the operators they have employed is poor at best.

I think the share price is low but i just think they will be more delays/problems that will keep it here a while longer.
I may miss the low but its safer imo.
