yep - you were told right - but the news is over a year old now

There were indeed probs with construction - and poor design/lack of design drawings/ lack of proper plans to rebuild the old Cawse plant and probably bad workmanship too - much of which required reworking ............thats why they are now 12 month overdue for start up - they had to put it right.

But its also why people were sacked and new people brought in - consultants and contractors used heavily and costs blew out - so ya not really telling us anything new.
